On-the-Job Training (OJT) – 450 Hours

Real-time hospital training at partner institutions:

• Departmental Rotation: OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, HR, etc.
• Independent Case Handling
• Final Project Report (20–30 pages) on hospital admin topics
•  Evaluation & Project Viva
